Hilda Arum Nurbayyanti

Hilda is the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, Reporting, and GEDSI Specialist for NZMATES 2.0. She brings over eight years of experience in social research, monitoring, and evaluation across various social and sustainable development issues. With a background in sustainable development, she focuses on understanding how development interventions affect communities and how evidence can drive more inclusive and sustainable outcomes.

In her role at NZMATES, Hilda supports programme monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting while ensuring gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI) are integrated into programme implementation and learning in Maluku.
