Yayasan BaKTI, in collaboration with the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government, organised the 9th Indonesia Eastern Region Forum Festival (FFKTI IX) in 2023, on July 26-27, in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.
